Dive Thru Resort description

Just a 5-minute drive from Alona Beach, Panglao, Dove Through Resort features luxurious accommodations and a large outdoor swimming pool which overlooks the ocean. It provides a private beach area, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi in the entire property.

All rooms are spacious and air conditioned. They feature a desk, a flat-screen cable TV and a fridge. They offer views of the pool and come fitted with an private bathroom with shower facilities.

Guest can try a variety of local and international dishes at Drive Through Restaurant. Room service is also available upon request.

Diving and other water sports activities can be arranged. Other services provided by Resort Dove Through include massage and ironing services.

Tagbilaran Airport is a 30-minute drive from the resort. Dove Through Resort provides an airport shuttle service. It also has a tour desk which organizes excursion and provides car rental facilities.

What was the highlight of Dive Thru Resort
Excellent place to relax and recharge
The staff was very friendly. I loved the fact that it was a smaller resort so you got a very “private” resort feel. Very laid back and quiet as it is about a 5-10min drive from Alona beach where it is crowded with other hotels and bars/restaurants. Very comfortable letting my kids lounge around the resort as it was secluded, gated and had security.
The road to get to the resort is not paved, narrow with tight turns, so be aware. We did have a driver with a van and he was able to fit down the road. Not necessarily a con but a heads up. We found the scuba diving rates to be a bit more expensive than if you go with another with a group located off of Alona beach, but very nice set up. While the resort is on the beach, there is no actual “beach” where you can swim/play. But Plenty of places to lay out, get sun and the pool is wonderful.

Wonderful
Staff was very warm and accommodating. Tricycles would arrive upon request, and they were very lenient with our set up since we were attending a wedding in the resort nearby. We were checking in late and they also allowed us for late checkout since we ended the party late.
It was really difficult to get to the resort because of the really dark and bumpy road. We were rejected several times by vans because they said they could not fit in the road, and tricycles would charge extra because they said it was too far. It was also not walkable because there weren't enough lights at night and it felt unsafe.

Wonderful
Very friendly and always helpful staff! Nice hotel and atmosphere. Good spot for diving, quick connection to Alona Beach (but still a little off the loudness and Party of the beach Area)
